Zhejiang Fanyu Electronic Technology Co., Ltd., a recognized leader in the research, development, and manufacturing of robotic end effectors, made a significant impact at this year’s Hannover Messe, where the company introduced an expanded line of modular automation components under its flagship FOYOT brand. The event, held from March 31 to April 4 in Germany, served as the global stage for Fanyu to demonstrate its latest advancements in precision gripping, intelligent handling, and system integration.
Since its founding in 2016, Fanyu Electronics has built a reputation for combining rigorous independent research with state-of-the-art manufacturing capabilities. The company’s headquarters in Yuhuan City, Zhejiang Province, houses a modern intelligent manufacturing system equipped with high-precision CNC machinery and advanced testing instruments. This infrastructure allows Fanyu to maintain strict quality standards across its broad product portfolio, which now includes hundreds of solutions ranging from humanoid robot dexterous hands to specialized industrial grippers.
At Hannover Messe, Fanyu focused on presenting a series of newly developed modular systems designed to meet the growing demand for flexible and robust automation. Central to the exhibition was the company’s latest generation of pneumatic grippers, engineered for high-cycle applications in automotive, electronics, and general manufacturing. Visitors were able to experience live demonstrations of the ZM-type Gripper, a compact and lightweight model ideal for precision assembly tasks, alongside the FY-type Gripper, which offers enhanced gripping force for heavier workpieces. Both models are part of Fanyu’s strategy to provide scalable solutions that can be easily integrated into existing production lines.
A notable highlight of the display was the high temperature forging jaw, a specialized component engineered to withstand extreme thermal conditions in metal forming and forging operations. This product underscores Fanyu’s capability to deliver high-temperature resistant grippers that maintain accuracy and durability in environments where conventional gripping solutions would fail. The company also demonstrated its rotating module, a compact add-on unit that enables infinite rotational motion for grippers, significantly expanding the dexterity and application range of six-axis robots.
For large-scale material handling, Fanyu showcased its truss loading and unloading module, a gantry-style system designed for heavy-duty machining environments. This module works in concert with the six axis robot loading and unloading module to create fully automated cells that minimize human intervention while maximizing throughput. The synergy between these systems illustrates Fanyu’s holistic approach to automation solutions, where individual components are designed not as isolated products but as interoperable elements within a complete manufacturing ecosystem.
The company’s exhibit also featured an extensive selection of attachments, including specialized tooling for irregularly shaped parts and quick-change interfaces that reduce downtime during production changeovers. According to the engineering team present at the show, the emphasis on modularity allows customers to configure customized gripping systems without sacrificing performance or reliability. Whether the application involves delicate electronic assembly or heavy industrial casting, Fanyu’s loading/unloading grippers are engineered to deliver consistent, repeatable results.
Fanyu’s commitment to innovation is further reflected in its growing portfolio of intellectual property. The company holds numerous invention and utility model patents and has been recognized as a National High-tech Enterprise in China. This technical foundation supports the continuous development of products such as dexterous robot hands, which are increasingly sought after for applications requiring human-like agility and sensitive feedback.
Throughout the exhibition, Fanyu emphasized its corporate philosophy of pursuing excellence and striving for leadership in the global robot end effector market. By integrating advanced materials, precision machining, and intelligent control, the company aims to provide automation solutions that not only improve productivity but also reduce total cost of ownership for end users. With a dedicated team of application engineers and a global distribution network, Fanyu is positioned to support clients from initial concept through to full-scale deployment.
As industrial automation continues to evolve toward greater flexibility and intelligence, Zhejiang Fanyu Electronic Technology remains focused on expanding its technological frontier. The successful participation at Hannover Messe 2025 marks another milestone in the company’s journey to become a leading global supplier of robotic end effectors and intelligent gripping systems. With a strong order pipeline and several new product launches planned for the second half of the year, Fanyu is poised to further strengthen its presence in key markets across Europe, Asia, and the Americas.
